Study of Potassium Pyrophosphates and Copper Pyrophosphates with Different Quality on Electroplating Results ――Measurement of Dispersion Ability

Experiment Method: Halline Cathode Method

Place two identical metal plates as cathode in test cell. The distance ratio of one cathode to anode to the other cathode to anode is ½. Cathodes use carbon steel standard test plates which are insulated in sides and back. Weigh test plates after pre-treatment and warm dry.

Experiment Results:

Table 2: Test Results of Current Distribution Ability by Halline Cathode Method

It is very clear from above table that pyrophosphates with different quality have significant difference in distribution ability.
